The Body Keeps the Score profoundly helped me. I have a lot of trauma related mental health challenges— PTSD is so horrible. It may be true there’s some stuff in there that doesn’t work but I don’t think dismissing it out of hand is the best choice. This could keep people from reading it who could really benefit from it. The author has a questionable reputation however he includes research from many good sources.
