Did I write last week’s essay about Merrick Garland to rib my best friend Bryan Burrough for never winning fantasy baseball ever in the history of his league? Maybe, but my mom — who’s got COVID but is asymptomatic, everybody say “Hi, Jason’s mom!” — said it was the best analysis of Garland she’s seen yet.
