Funny thing about the reaction to last weekend’s essay on Geronimo Rodriguez, the guy who went from a migrant worker to the White House to school board president only to be turned out of office on the same night he scored the biggest success of his career. Usually, when an essay lands especially well, readers say I did a good job. In this case, readers responded that Geronimo did especially well, and I have to agree with them.
